Welcome back Dr Wood MBE....

Highly regarded British GP Dr Dave Wood MBE is back in Paphos and available to see patients exclusively here at Peyia Medical Centre during May and early June.

Dr Wood received his MBE for services to GP training in the UK.

During his last visit, hundreds of patients benefited from his extensive knowledge and up to date thinking on long-term minor and major illness or just a chance to review current medication or treatment. He's kind, friendly and extremley knowledgeable.

Dr Wood told us “Generally, people living in Paphos are more active than many I see in the UK and general health is good. My biggest concern is long term medication and preventative healthcare which can be overlooked by patients who do not visit the Doctors regularly here in Paphos”.

It's Easter in Cyprus. If you need to see a doctor, our Walk In Clinic on Coral Bay Strip is now open everyday 9am - 10pm.

Our opening hours for our centre in Peyia over the bank holiday weekend are as follows...

Good Friday 29th 9am - 1pm
Saturday 30th 9am - 1pm
Easter Sunday May 1st - closed
Easter Monday May 2nd 9am - 1pm
Tuesday May 3rd- 8.30am - 3pm

Stay well and don't eat too many easter eggs :-)

NEW EXTENDED OPENING HOURS & ON CALL DOCTOR AT PEYIA MEDICAL CENTRE - SUMMER 2015

As we enter into the summer period, we are delighted to announce we now offer extended hours + 24/7 on-call doctors.

Opening times at our main clinic in Peyia remain unchanged
(Monday - Friday from 8.30am - 3.00pm & Sat/Sun 9am -1pm)

However, our Walk In Clinic in Coral Bay is now open 7 days per week from 9am - 10pm.

Outside of these extended hours, we also offer on-call doctors 24/7 to help you around the clock. If you feel unwell, we do ask you to try and attend one of our two centres during opening hours and only use out of hours service if you are very unwell (additional charges apply for out of hours calls).
