Just need (for the amount shown in the photo)

6 tablespoons cashew butter
3 tablespoons honey
3 heaped teaspoons raw cacao
Sprinkles (or other favourite topping like pistachio, chopped almonds, sesame seeds)

Mix well and add to baking paper, pop in feezer for 1 hr ish and cut into bites

Kids Yoga and cooking classes happen once a month on a Friday 4.30-6.30
First one for this year is on Friday 19th Sept

For children aged 4+ who enjoy cooking and want to discover the world of yoga in a fun and playful way! We go on different yoga journeys and also focus on quite time and breathing techniques.

No-bake Bars (makes 10 bars)
Dry ingredients

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup almond flour
Some cinammon
3tbs vegan protein powder

Wet ingredients
1/3 cup mayple syrup
1/3 cup cashew butter
Some vanilla

Easiest thing to make in the morning if I'm out of bread!!

Oat pancakes
1 banana
1 egg
1 tablespoon carob syrup
1/4 cup oat flour
4-5 tablespoons oats
Cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder

It's Sunday and I'm trying to get some meals prepped for the week !

Tofu veg stir fry

First stir fried the veg
Mushrooms
Green beans
Broccoli
then added
Tofu chopped in pieces

And added the sauce on top

3 tablespoons almond butter
1 tbs soy sauce
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup warm water

All in the blender

For the chocolate mousse

300 g silken tofu (the soft type)
1/3 cup mayple syrup
3 tablespoons raw cacao

Just frozen bananas and add splash of milk in the blender. Ready to eat

300g frozen strawberries
200g sheep's yoghurt

Yoghurt bark (easiest summer snack)

3 cups sheep's yoghurt
1/4 cup mayple syrup
Vanilla
Strawberries
Chocolate chips

Mix the yoghurt with the mayple syrup and the vanilla and decorate with chopped strawberries and chocolate chips. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours.

Our Story

Healthy Yogis was created in 2013 with an aim to combine my background in nutrition, together with my love for cooking and my passion to work with families and children, educating and inspiring them to experiment with healthier, plant-based ingredients in order to enjoy yummy AND nutritious meals, snacks, desserts! Classes for children are a 2hr class, a 1hr cooking class (introducing to children more plant based recipes) followed by a 1hr yoga class. Yoga is practised in a fun and energetic way, including basic yoga poses and correct breathing & meditation techniques. Our class is a great combination for improving physical activity, body strength & posture as well as helping your little ones understand the importance of using healthy ingredients to help nourish their growing bodies!! My aim is to educate and encourage little ones to adopt healthier dietary and lifestyle options. Learning about ingredients and how to cook from a young age gives the children the knowledge and tools they need to make healthier food options, Yoga teaches them self-love and self-respect which means they WANT to make better choices for themselves
