Our mission is to provide high quality yoga instruction in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment for healing, transformation, and empowerment. Our intention is not to simply bring you a healthier body and peace of mind. The aim of yoga is about experiencing oneness, cultivating a mind capable of concentration and a heart free of judgment. The gifts of this mystical journey happen to include a radiant body and a joyful existence. The benefits of yoga can be felt immediately and seen over time. Please note that the studio will be closed for summer holidays from August 13th to 20th, and we’ll be back on the mats from Thursday , August 21st.

Here’s our class schedule for August:

🧘‍♀️ Tuesday & Thursday – Vinyasa Flow at 19:00
🧘‍♀️ Friday Morning – Vinyasa at 10:00
🧘‍♀️ Saturday Morning – Vinyasa at 9:30 (this class will continue as usual)
