We all know a good workout is key to building strength and endurance, but did you know that your post-workout snack is just as important? 🏋️‍♂️🍏

👊Why it matters:
After a workout, your muscles need nutrients to repair and grow, while your energy stores (glycogen) need to be replenished. A perfect post-workout snack balances protein (to rebuild muscle) and carbs (to refuel energy).

⏰When to eat:
Try to have your snack within 30–60 minutes after your workout. This is the window when your body is most efficient at absorbing nutrients.

📣What's important:
Protein = muscle recovery 💪
Carbs = energy replenishment ⚡
Hydration = don't forget to hydrate! 💧
