MY HEART IS DEVOTED TO ART.
Art expressed through yoga, music, dance, and painting.
In whatever form it appears, I embrace it.
Sometimes my focus is on yoga, sometimes on painting, sometimes on dancing, sometimes on playing music. People often tell me that I should focus on just one thing, that I should put all my energy into a single path so it can grow faster. But I cannot—and I do not want to—choose.
Each form of art nurtures my soul in a different way, yet all of them are deeply connected. They heal me, nourish me, teach me, and help me stay aligned and connected to myself—so I don’t get lost in the great illusion of the “world,” with its rules and expectations about how we should live.
Once you find what truly makes you happy and choose to follow that, happiness is no longer dependent on possessions, achievements, or external success.
This morning I woke up, looked out the window, saw the infinite blue of the sea, made myself a cup of tea, and sat down to paint. I did the same yesterday. My soul is yearning to paint. I hadn’t touched a brush for almost two months, yet now there is such a strong inner calling to express what lives within me through painting. Even as I write these words, I am simply waiting for a layer of paint to dry so I can continue.
What I truly want to say is this: real happiness comes from within.
From feeling content, inspired, creative.
From feeling love—and feeling loved.
I am deeply grateful that I still feel that soft “awe” for life, that I can still get lost somewhere between worlds, between realities. For me, that space is home. It is my heart, and it is the source of all my art.
As I always say and truly believe:
The art of life is to dance with your heart.
And whenever I support someone on their journey, I gently guide them back to the beautiful feeling of freedom through self-expression. Just as Nature expresses herself in countless forms—without asking for permission or validation—we, too, are meant to live this way.
I believe this is the only truly healthy way to live:
owning and fully expressing our unique beauty, our essence, who we truly are, what lives within us—while also deeply feeling our interconnectedness with all that is.
