A soft escape into nature, movement, and connection 🌿

On Sunday, 3rd May, we’ll spend the day together exploring the mountains of Cyprus, walking through a beautiful hiking path, grounding through a gentle meditation, and continuing with food, laughter, and slow wandering in a traditional village, called Omodos.

This is not about intensity or performance…
It’s about being present.
Moving gently.
Connecting with yourself, nature, and others.

We’ll close the day with lunch at a restaurant at Omodos and free time to explore the village.

There was a time
when this space was just an idea…
a feeling I couldn’t fully explain yet.

And then you came.

You showed up,
not knowing exactly what this would become,
but trusting the process,
the practice,
and something within yourself.

Step by step, breath by breath…
this space began to take shape.
Not because of me alone,
but because of all of us.

Your presence, your consistency,
your openness to feel, to soften, to grow…
that’s what gave life to this community 🌸

And now, when I look around,
I don’t just see classes —
I see connection.
I see people choosing to return
to themselves,
again and again.
