For teachers and retreat organisers,

This space was created to support practice.

Simple, quiet, and without distraction — allowing you to focus fully on your students and the work you’re offering.

The centre is suited for small groups (up to 15 people), with both indoor and outdoor practice areas, surrounded by nature.

I also run my own retreats here, so the space has been developed from a teacher’s perspective rather than just as accommodation.

It tends to work best for those looking to create a more focused and meaningful retreat experience, rather than something large or busy.

Friends we are pleased to announce the Silent Yoga Retreat from March 31 to April 3.
• The retreat starts on Friday at 4pm and ends on Monday at 4pm (3 days/nights).
• The Practice will involve Yoga Asana, Breathing Practices, Mindfulness, Meditation.
• It will be held at The Retreat Centre Cyprus located in Zoopigi.

Join Peter and Oko Okosia for this amazing opportunity to Rest, Recharge and Reset after the summer holidays and 2 years of Covid.
The retreat will consist of yoga asana, breathing techniques, (pranayama), meditation, vipassana, yoga philosophy, group/individual therapy and other mindfulness techniques.
The program is quite intensive and will be carried out in noble silence wherever possible. The Process takes one week to be effective.
The Retreat will include walks in the forest and also some relaxation time, for example taking a sauna or a massage.
Participants will be given individual daily/weekly programs to continue upon completion of the retreat with full support provided.
Vegan nutritional meals provided. The retreat centre offers a sauna, whirlpool bath, swimming pool and professional massages.
The asana practice will include Sivananda, Chakra sequence, Hatha, Restorative and Sukshma Vyayama practice in the forest
