Instead of focusing primarily on one's behaviour it would be better if we focus on the need which is always the precursor of behaviour .... Whenever the need is not fulfilled , a feeling of unaccomplishment develops which corresponds to people's behaviour .
We should always be polite towards people because you never know what their deepest feeling are , what they are going through ....

External Validation :- I need others to like me and think I am Smart enough ....
According to a survey 55% of people accepted the fact that their Self Worth is often , more often rather always tied to what others think . What we tend to forget is that everyone is judging as per their experiences , their perception which has nothing to do with us or our Self Worth .

Things I can control .... through which the outcome of the situation can be entirely opposite . Resulting in peaceful and happy us . Sometimes being indifferent or setting boundaries helps .... Indifferent to situations that would surely incite us meanwhile questioning ourselves why does it trigger me , what is it teaching me ..... I completely agree it is difficult but until we get get to the root of it .... the same situation would keep repeating itself as fractals .
