We started to manufacture whirlpools not long ago, but we certanly are no beginners. HANSCRAFT spas are the result of many years of experience with import, sale and service. Our Whirlpool were born of knowledge from foreign suppliers – USA, Canada, China and Italy. Our ambition is to bring on the market really just the best.
HANSCRAFT whirlpools are manufactured in Chrastany u Prahy (near Metropole Zlicin and Vaclav Havel Airport). The advantage of production in the Czech Republic is the fast delivery of the whirlpool for a maximum of 30 days. In the production hall you can find robot technology with extreme precision. The machines on which whirlpools are produced come from northern Italy and meet standards and requirements for the accuracy of manufacturers in the automotive, aeronautical and armament industries. But it's not just about machines. They are being served by people who are responsible for quality and accuracy. Drivers, nozzles, hoses, pumps, and other thing needed for the correct operation of the whirlpool are then assembled by experienced workers on the assembly line. Are you interested in more? We build on years of experience
Production was launched in 2017 after two years of preparation and 15 years of experience in the import, sale and service of whirlpools from 5 world manufacturers from the USA, Italy, Canada and China. We have adapted only the best of every technological solution into production, so we can guarantee the extreme reliability of our whirlwinds.
We are very proud to say, in particular, CMP American suppliers who, after a production audit of our factory, have declared us to be a sovereign European leader which belong among the TOP3 manufacturers and our technology is unique within the US. The HANSCRAFT whirlpools, made in the Czech Republic, belong to the world's top and the most reliable in the market, while maintaining affordable prices thanks to advanced production automation with an emphasis on detail.
Each whirlpool from the factory is tested
The whirlpools we produce are tested for real conditions. Emphasis is placed on watertightness and safety. This strict factory control eliminates 99% of potential defects. A whirlpool that does not pass the test even for a petty reason is discarded. If the fault cannot be removed, whirlpool goes for recycling. If the defect is removed, it goes again to testing. Whirlpools are then emptied into a special tank, from which the water is again pumped for the next testing. That means that we don´t waste of water! Our factory is trying to be environmentally friendly.
Careful selection of materials
When selecting formwork material, we put an emphasis on extreme durability. Choose from 6 beautiful and modern décors. It is the material used for housing, where quality is guaranteed for decades. The advantage is that in the same decor we produce HoReCa certified garden furniture.
The spa shell is made of american LUCITE acrylate with extra reinforcing and ABS layer against osmosis and bubbles. The shell problems that you can find on product of other manufacturers who use laminate or non-sapwood acrylate are eliminated.
We think of your health and nature
Hanscraft spa whirlpools do not use lamination technology that can damage health in prolonged contact. Whirlpools are produced by the ECO way with GreenShield, which is health-friendly. Production cuts can also be recycled and reused for production. We are from 97% a non-waste company.
Design and ergonomics
Whirlpools are designed in cooperation with Ing. arch. MgA. Ondrej Kamenicky, a leading Czech designer and architect. Designed shapes and curves celebrate successes in England, Scandinavia, Germany, France and Switzerland.
Mgr. Martin Prochazka, a prominent Czech physiotherapist and chiropractor of several national teams and top-level sportsmen (tennis players, golfers and hockey players), is taking care of the ergonomics of all models. The position in the whirlpool is designed for the best realaxation, to be natural and to have a maximum effect of massage. Whirlpools are designed for all age groups, including seniors and children. All massage functions are therefore adjustable.

We are members of the American Association of POOL & SPA Professionals APSP, the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic, the Association of Swimming Pools and Saunas of the Czech Republic ABAS, the Czech Association of Saunas CAS. We are coordinating some of the association projects together and we are sovereign and respected members of our industry.
