💌Good morning ! I would like to thank Dr. Silhan for making our dream of becoming parents come true, in the second attempt this was possible thanks to him. Always very helpful and attentive. Congratulate the Sanus team for having such human professionals, especially Nurse Petra Rychlá, who always treated me with great sympathy and attention! Also the paramedic Soňa Ceralová who, despite having seen her only twice and not speaking the same language, marked my time at Sanus for her sparkle in her eyes that transmits love and tranquility at the time of the procedure! Here are our twins Theodoro and Leonardo, two months old, waiting for the opportunity to fly to Brazil and meet their grandparents! Thank you all. @ franci.ah

On 4th November 1982, the first Czech test-tube baby was born. It was an immense achievement of medicine at the time not only for Czechoslovakia but also for Central and Eastern Europe. Today, situation is different, thousands of babies are born through this technique every year and Czech reproduction medicine is also very attractive for childless foreign couples who seek help.

Sanus - In Vitro Fertilization in the Czech Republic

Sanus is medical center with good medicine background /department of gynecology, urology and plastic surgery www.sanus.cz. Our hospital in Hradec Kralove was founded in 1995 and we finished ISO certification in 2005. Our gynecological department consists of about 600 gynecological operations /laparoscopies, laparotomies including surgery for gynecological cancers and hysterectomies / every year and our center of assisted reproduction has achieved about IVF 600 cycles per year. The delivery has been more than 10000 healthy babies as a result of our treatment. Our success rate is on standard level - about 35 % - 40% of clinical pregnancy per embryo transfer and 25-35 % per cryoembryotransfer .

SANUS IVF center has two other detached centers of assisted reproduction situated in other Czech towns in Pardubice and Jihlava.

Foreign infertile couples are treated under the same conditions as Czech ones with an approval of Czech law (Czech law is very liberal ) but you have to know that treatment of foreign infertile couples in relation to Czech ones is much more demanding for our staff in many aspects. They are treated extra schedule then Czech ones and we seek to meet their requests/demands and have to individualize their treatment.
