Have you ever had a moment when you lost your temper, said or did something you later regretted?
You’re not alone. We all experience situations like that. The important thing is to find your own way to release tension and manage emotions differently.
👉 At Stop Violence we know that many of our clients face more serious challenges than a one-time outburst of anger. But even these situations can be solved, for example, through therapy and professional support.
