Distributors, suppliers, other exhibitors – we fully tapped into this year’s MEDICA potential.🌐
Our sales force, Jakob & Martin, engaged in strategic discussions with everyone important for MMT’s growth and beyond. They attended fascinating lectures on the future of medical care and shared heartfelt moments with our distributors during a classy dinner in a fancy restaurant in downtown Düsseldorf. ✨
This leap – just an hour of flying away – proved once again to be worth the time! ✈️

🎓 MMT Academy Goes Live!

In October, we launched one of the key parts of our educational platform – live clinical trainings!
Starting in beautiful Barcelona 🇪🇸, we teamed up with Dr. Batista from Teknon Medical Center, a true expert in the field, and prepared a full-scale hands-on training to boost doctors’ skills in a real clinical environment.

It was truly inspiring to see our devices serving their purpose – helping real patients with real challenges.
The participants had the opportunity to learn from the best: Dr. Batista and his team are considered top professionals in urodynamics.

During the course, the trainees learned how to interact with patients 🤝, achieve the most accurate and meaningful results from examinations 📊, and analyse and interpret the data.
There was also time to share experiences and discuss upcoming trends in urodynamics 🔍.
A pretty complete package, isn’t it?

This is the future – getting straight into real practice, working hands-on 🩺, and learning from true clinical situations.

And this is just the beginning! Soon, similar events will take place in different parts of the world🌍, bringing best practices closer to you. Stay tuned!

Training season is never over! 💪
Another great group of our distributors joined our hands-on urodynamics course — and once again, the goal to learn, practise and connect was reached!
We start from the basics — understanding what urodynamics means in real clinical life — then move through the devices that cover this field. After that, things get practical: we simulate real situations such as installation, calibration or servicing. We also touch a bit on sales and regulatory topics.
Sounds like school? Not really! Our mentors are true professionals who live and breathe this work every day, so they keep the mood positive and the energy high. And when the learning part is done, we make sure everyone enjoys their time in Olomouc.
This time we had participants from Europe, Africa and the Middle East — three continents meeting in one city! They got to taste Olomouc quite literally at great dinners… and when we took them to a rock gig by a Texas band in a local club, another continent joined the mix.
A truly global experience with a family vibe. 🤘🌍

We are proud to announce that Dr. José Emilio Batista, Director of the Urology Department at Teknon Medical Center in Barcelona, has joined us as an MMT Key Opinion Leader. We’re truly grateful that, with the support of the European Union through the Operational Programme Technologies and Applications for Competitiveness, MMT had the opportunity to take part in some of the world’s leading medical events across 2024 and 2025.

Medtech is our league. But sometimes, it’s good to play a different game. ⚽🎉
Last week, when the workday was done, we didn’t head home — instead, we put on our sneakers 👟 and came together to do what every great team needs from time to time: have fun, move, connect, and simply enjoy being together. 🤗
Alongside our fantastic colleagues from sister company TRYSTOM, we threw a proper Sports Day — with football ⚽, foot tennis 🎾, volleyball 🏐, pétanque 🎯... and a BBQ that absolutely nailed it. 🔥🍖
A special part of the day was celebrating our CEO Marek’s birthday 🎂🎉. His inspiring and heartfelt speech reminded us that whether on the field or at work, a team’s strength comes from playing together, supporting each other, and sharing every win and challenge.
That’s exactly who we are.
