Aby moje studio w pełni zasługiwało na swoje imię, do listy usług dołącza MASAŻ GORĄCYMI KAMIENIAMI 🥰
Terapia idealna na zimę - rozgrzewa, relaksuje, rozluźnia.
Kamienie rozgrzewa się w wodzie do temperatury około 40 stopni, następnie układa na skórze, aby oddawały swoje ciepło, jednocześnie masując i pracując nie tylko z ciepłem, ale i delikatnym naciskiem. Jak zawsze bezboleśnie, ale efektywnie 💪
Ponowne otwarcie już 1 lutego, kto nie może się doczekać?😍

Yes, you’re not mistaken, it’s a new certificate for my collection 😁
For my studio to fully deserve it’s name, i’m adding new service to my list - HOT STONES MASSAGE🥰
The therapy is perfect for the winter - warms up, relaxes and helps to loose up your muscles.
Stones are heated to 40 degrees, then placed on the body to warm it up. At the same time I’m massaging and working not just with temperature, but also pressing.
As always painless, but effective💪
Reopening is on 1st February, who cannot wait?😍

Relief to miejsce przyjazne wszystkim literkom LGBTQ. Jeżeli bolą Cię plecy czy nogi, lub po prostu chcesz o siebie zadbać, ale boisz się komentarzy czy oceny ze strony masażysty, przyjdź do mnie. Rozmasuję, doradzę i porozmawiamy, po prostu, jak ludzie:)

Pozdrawiam z deszczowego, ale pięknego jak zawsze Augustowa. W ramach dbania o wypoczynek oczywiście postanowiłam się doszkolić 😁 Wielu z Was o tym wspominało, a ja wsłuchuję się w Wasze potrzeby, dlatego pogłębienie wiedzy o punktach spustowych było jednym z moich priorytetów💪
Szkolenie z Panem Dawidem Marciniakiem, założycielem gabinetu Spasja było niesamowicie owocne, a ja aż palę się aby zaoferować Wam moje nowe techniki ✌️
Wracam do Pragi 11 lipca, mam nadzieję, że tęsknicie za mną tak mocno, jak ja za Wami 🤗

Just a quick one here, as i’m super excited:) i’m keeping my promise about development, and signed up for taping course 😍
What is taping?
It’s a method of supporting healing of muscles, by using tapes - you might remember seeing some sportsman or bartenders with colorful tapes all around their hands, legs, backs 🙂
This method is anti-edematous and helps to reduce pain, increasing blood circulation in affected muscles.

Sounds interesting? Then keep your fingers crossed, so i can bring new skills really quick 😍

Some time ago I attended amazing webinar lead by Daniel Kawka, one of the most experienced physiotherapist in Poland - I got some very useful insights, how to deal with headaches. Sounds familiar? I'll add it to my offer in few days - hope you're looking forward :)
