Tohfa is a hatha and ashtanga yoga teacher based in Paris, France, and offers yoga classes several times a week, one on one yoga sessions and outdoor yoga classes, weather permitting.
Tohfa was born in Egypt, and grew up next door to the Giza Pyramids. From a young age, he was exposed to spiritual stories revolving around ancient civilizations and different world religions. His quest led him to Rishikesh, India, situated at the base of the Himalayas on the Holy Ganga. There, he practiced asana yoga and studied alignment, philosophy, pranayama, and meditation.
In 2018 Tohfa taught in Sinai at Antika Beach resort and in Cairo, and currently offers private indoor and outdoor classes in Paris, France.
