we are delighted to share with you our latest class schedule with the most special instructors (see more below) that offer you wellness classes at our space, and look after you at every moment

our classes are intentionally kept small, ensuring each session feels almost like a private lesson, this allows for personalised attention and a supportive community atmosphere, making every class meaningful and comfortable, as you were with a group of your friends
we are located in a zen area of parque das nações, with easy parking and a lot of cafes around for a wind down tea or healthy breakfast

we are on a journey of creating a space where you can begin and continue your wellness and self love journey, and welcome you to join us through our practices
