- What is it about?
I like to call it "conscious sleep", because we go into deeper and deeper states of relaxation until we reach the dream state, but we still have some trace of awareness.
In this state, our unconscious mind shows itself and we can observe what we normally hide from ourselves during our daily lives.

- What is the practice like?
It is perform in a horizontal position and I will guide you through different techniques such us intention setting, breathing, body scanning and visualisation

⭐️How can Yoga Nidra help with anger? 😡😡😡

First of all, anger is not black and white, there are different intensities. Feeling upset / annoyed is less intense anger.
There are layers of anger that are very difficult to see, and they are source of unhappiness and separation from others😤💔

With relaxation becomes easier to observe the mind and at the same time to be more conscious about feelings🙏
If you are stressed or hurry, something may be bothering you but you don't realise it, could be a situation, someone's comment or act. If your mind is calm you will become aware of this change in your feelings and you will be able to not let it grow unconsciously within.
There you can resolve it, either within yourself by detaching from the situation or with an external interaction.
Detaching means that instead of changing a situation, changing how that same situation makes me feel, you take power and becoming responsible for your feeling. For example, if someone is arguing about politics and says something I don't like, I can actually realise that my political stance doesn't define who I am, so I don't take that comment personally🙏❤️
