✨Green Yoga International Teacher Training Course✨

Let me share with you some memories about Green Yoga International in Mallorca (Spain) back to 2022.📿

This is where my teacher path started. Here I got my first 200h multi-style yogi diploma and I started to form myself as yoga instructor.📜🧘🏼‍♂️

Spending three weeks at Green Yoga was a unique opportunity to develop teaching skills, meet lovely travel buddies, learn from expert tutors and professionals, study different yoga approaches and styles, and relax in nature.🌿

I strongly recommend this course: the ideal experience for everyone willing to move first steps in yoga teaching.🙏🏻

PS: and their vegan food is amazing 😋🥘

Yoga for International students 🫂🌐

Summer term 2024 in Prague is coming to and end. It's always sad to say goodbye to new friends and nice people I met during last winter.

This first edition of yoga course for Erasmus Students has been incredibly successful from many points of view. First of all, I had the opportunity to meet new friends from all around the world 🗺 and share with them the power of yoga.

A special thank to 🌞, which is a great welcoming community for all students in Prague.

Thanks to 🧘🏼‍♀️, which has been the perfect frame for our in-door classes. ✨

Finally, a huge thank you to every single person that came to practice together. I hope Hatha Sound project will be a nice memory to take home.
