Protože to miluji!
Zvuková lázeň je pro mě naprosto úžasný a jedinečný způsob, jak se léčit a pečovat o sebe, jak dobíjet a čerpat energii, jak poznávat sebe sama a nořit se do hloubky uvolnění. Způsob, jakým to dělám já, je channeling – uvolním se a nechám své ruce i hlas vést. Někdy zpívám, někdy mluvím, jindy zase pískám jako ptáček. Bez ohledu na to, co se děje, nechávám se vést a cítím, že tím přináším sobě i lidem kolem mě tu nejlepší možnou energii a benefity do života.

In this day and age, we really struggle to slow down, relax, unwind and just be. We are so over-stimulated and under constant tension, stress and pressure, that we end up losing the connection between our body and mind.
