🌿 My Experience Offering Healing at Buddhafield
Coming to Buddhafield Festival has always felt like a homecoming—a return to community, presence, and heart. What makes this gathering so special to me is its deep commitment to sobriety, connection, and healing. It's one of the few places where the absence of alcohol makes space for real presence, where eye contact, stillness, and breath can do their quiet magic.
As a bodyworker and trauma-informed practitioner, I feel deeply aligned with that ethos. At Buddhafield, I’ve had the joy and honor of offering:
Craniosacral therapy — Holding space for stillness and deep re-regulation of the nervous system.
Trauma-aware Thai massage — Blending ancient rhythm and stretch with attuned touch, always led by consent and safety.
Deep tissue massage — Helping people land back in their bodies, soften patterns, and release what no longer serves.
Each session feels like a meeting between souls, not just muscles. I’ve held people as they wept, as they sighed in relief, as they remembered themselves. There’s something about the land, the quiet, and the shared intention of the festival that invites real transformation—without needing to escape, perform, or numb.
I’ve treated barefoot dancers, kitchen crew volunteers, and elders in silent retreat. What unites them all is a longing to be met with care and slowness. That’s what I bring to each session: the belief that healing happens in relationship, in stillness, in the felt sense of being safe.
