Welcome to Day 17 of our Mindfulness Challenge! 🌸👀 Today's focus is on Mindful Observation. This exercise is all about connecting with our environment in a mindful way. Here's how you can practice:
Choose any object in your environment – it could be a plant, a cup, a book, anything.
Spend a few minutes just observing it. Notice its color, shape, texture, and any other details.
Pay attention to any thoughts or feelings that arise as you observe. Let them come and go.
Reflect on the experience. Did you notice anything new? How did it feel to really 'see' something?
