GRAVI Fit – Pregnancy Fitness Class

GRAVI Fit is a specially designed exercise class combining the latest fitness approaches to staying active whilst pregnant. The Class is suitable throughout the whole pregnancy.

Do you want to feel fit even in pregnancy, maintain your figure and gain self-confidence & stamina for easier delivery? Exercise for
moms-to-be is of great importance for active pregnancy, psychological well-being, prevention of physiological problems and easier labour !

Regular exercise in pregnancy will help you:

• Increase your physical condition to prepare for delivery
• Tone & strengthen muscles overloaded during pregnancy (breast and abdomen) and thus impact frequent cosmetic defects caused by its weakening and loosening
• Prepare your body for easier return to pre-pregnancy state
• Strengthen your abdominal muscles correctly - preparation for proper pushing will greatly aid the delivery process
• Improve your mental health
• Lessen the symptoms of common pregnancy ailments (constipation, digestion and leg cramps, back & pelvic pain, feet swelling, fatigue, poor sleep, etc.)
• Affect the pregnancy weight gain
• Have more energy and be able to sleep better
• Learn conscious relaxation
• Prepare for proper breathing at the various stages of delivery

Exercise during pregnancy should always be consulted with your attending physician / healthcare provider!

Pregnancy training is primarily focused on activity with lower to moderate intensity and strain.
Women are encouraged to exercise at their own pace.
The Class is designed as limited capacity so the instructor will be able to support & advise you on your individual needs.
Bring comfortable, loose clothing and plenty of fluids for the Class.

Fanatic Studio (Prague 2 - Namesti Miru), www.fanaticstudio.cz
Every Sunday at 4 pm.

Lessons are "open-class" format (you can come without reservation), however, it is possible to make a reservation up front (by paying in advance at the reception or through the online booking system if you have a member card) if more convenient for you. Multisport cards accepted.

Nastávající maminky, přijďte se protáhnout a zacvičit si s námi. Každou neděli od 16 hodin.
