🥦 Shapes of vegetable/fruits and their effects on our body 🍎
Nature has a special gift – many fruits and plants resemble the organs they can positively influence. Coincidence? Maybe… or maybe not. 😉
For example:
🧠 Walnut – looks like a brain and is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants that support memory and nervous system health.
🫘 Beans – shaped like kidneys and contain nutrients beneficial for their function, including fiber and minerals.
🥑 Avocado – resembles the womb and is packed with healthy fats that support hormonal balance.
🍅 Tomato – when cut open, it shows "chambers” like the heart. It contains lycopene, which supports heart and vascular health.
Nature might be speaking the language of shapes – we just need to listen closely. 🌱💚
