5th in person mentoring and also 1 year journey for under my wings of

It’s been nothing but blissful journey of immense growth for business and now our friendship. And the most beautiful part if that it has not even finished yet.

The key milestone aside from growing her knowledge to become an expert in treating not only sports injuries but clients coming in with emergency pain and being fully confident in the entire approach knowing she’s able to help and guide her clients.

During that time we have helped her to go from just a dream whilst being full time employed to go fully SELF-EMPLOYED loving her business and the daily impact she’s making for her clients.

ROMANIA - Wrap up 🇷🇴
Pre-Stage Treatments done to amazing 25 athletes is 2.5days and my skills have been tested again
(Exactly what I love)

✅ From digestive issues
✅ inflammation from recent injections
✅ struggling to flex abs
✅ struggling with leg connection and flex when posing
✅ struggling with filling up the muscles and almost quitting the show
✅ struggling with neural / spinal injury
✅ Last minute treatment with tan on

All on top of usual stuff we sort during Pre-Stage Treatments

Those are the cases I love to help you with apart from just general lymphatic drainage but show you the lengths the right knowledge and ability of signature treatments can take you to 🤍✨

One of my favourite show days of my 11yrs career with my people

First of all 4 of my athletes I got the privilege to work with won their well deserved title 🏆❤️

But secondly I got to be fully present and share the day with so many of you sharing the passion, laughs and motivation together. Caring about nothing else than strengthening the connections and enjoying all of us striving for the same thing.

This year being very challenging for me on all fronts, especially the last 2 months when my love for you all & for what I do is my drive every day. And you really sparked the light in my soul today ✨

Very very grateful.
Onto the next one.

4th ⭕️lympia with my beloved .zienert.ifbbpro
Straight to the finals again ✨

This time we have done something different for Jenny and doing 2nd treatment as close to the stage time as possible which all paid off in all avenues.

Not only am I grateful for being part of this journey with my girl but also gaining an amazing friendship on the other side of it 🤍✨

When athletes become friends and eventually a family.
