Mouth breathing could be messing with your posture. 👎

If you’re dealing with back pain, forward head posture might be part of the problem — and the way you breathe plays a bigger role than you think.

Runners, asthma sufferers, and those with gut issues should pay extra attention.

What’s QL pain? It’s between your ribs and pelvis when walking, twisting, or standing up.

It might be your quadratus lumborum — but the real problem is often a weak opposite hip.

Watch for a break down of why your pelvis drops when you lift a leg, and how that small imbalance triggers chronic pain.
