Position for deep stimulation with support on the back of a couch / bolster
1️⃣ Locate the hip bones.
Place your hands on your waist and feel for the prominent bones at the front — these are the anterior superior iliac spines.
2️⃣ Position yourself on the couch so that the back of the couch (or a firm bolster) sits directly under your hip bones. Not under your stomach and not under your ribs — specifically under the pelvic bones.
3️⃣ Lift the pelvis slightly above the chest.
Your chest and forearms remain on the seat of the couch, while your pelvis is elevated thanks to the support. This creates a gentle arch in the lower back.
4️⃣ Extend your legs backward.
You can keep them straight and relaxed or slightly spread for more stability.
5️⃣ Relax your abdomen and glutes.
Don’t tense up. The more relaxed you are, the deeper the sensations.
6️⃣ The partner positions themselves behind.
Due to the pelvic tilt, the angle of pe*******on changes — often becoming more directed toward the front wall of the vag•na.
7️⃣ Adjust the height.
If you want a more intense angle, add an extra pillow. If it feels too deep, reduce the support.
⚠️ Important:
If you have lower back sensitivity, control the degree of arching.
This position is great because it requires minimal physical effort while allowing maximum control over the angle. Sometimes the entire difference lies in just a few centimeters of pelvic tilt.
