The most common mistake I see isn’t people doing the wrong exercises, it’s waiting for the “perfect” moment to begin.

I understand why that happens. When time is limited, energy is low, or expectations feel high, it can seem like anything less than a full, ideal session isn’t worth it. But that belief often keeps people stuck longer than they need to be.

The truth is, your body doesn’t require perfection, it responds to consistency. Even a few minutes of movement still matters. A short walk, a few gentle stretches, or a brief set of exercises is not “nothing.” It’s a signal to your body that you’re showing up.

And showing up, even imperfectly, is where change actually begins.
You just need a starting point that fits your life today and that is already enough.

You think you need to train harder.
But if you’re always tired, stuck, or in pain…
that’s probably not the problem.

The truth? You need to train smarter.

Your body doesn’t operate at one intensity — it works across different zones. And each one serves a purpose:
Zone 1–2 builds your base.
Recovery, circulation, long-term health. This is where consistency is built.
Zone 3 improves endurance.
Slightly uncomfortable, but still in control. This is where capacity grows.
Zone 4–5 develops performance.
High effort, short duration. This is where limits get pushed.
The biggest mistake?
Living permanently in the middle — or constantly chasing intensity.

Too easy → no adaptation.
Too hard → burnout, injury, or plateau.

Real progress comes from using all zones intentionally.
Not every session should destroy you.

Jak, proč a co je NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT)?

Často se mě ptáte, co přesně NKT je. Jednoduše řečeno, jde o spojení neurosciences a biomechaniky, které nám pomáhá odhalit, proč některé svaly přetěžujeme a jiné naopak nefungují, jak by měly.

Co děláme:
• zjistíme, které svaly jsou přetížené
• které jsou slabé nebo inhibované
• uvolníme ty přetížené a aktivujeme ty slabé
• obnovíme efektivní a bezbolestný pohyb

NKT neřeší jen místo bolesti – hledá příčinu problému a pomáhá tělu fungovat správně.
