In 2014, my entire system collapsed.
Crippling fatigue, autoimmune disease, anxiety, and depression—nothing worked.
Even though I was a doctor, someone who was "supposed to understand," my body was failing me.

It showed me a truth I wasn’t ready for.
What I discovered changed everything.

Our bodies are often programmed for threat.
And this programming isn’t just psychological—so we can’t simply “talk ourselves out of it.”
Believe me, I tried.

Danger, fear, and trauma had become part of my biology.

This realization sent me on a journey through hundreds of scientific studies, dozens of therapeutic methods, and years of searching for answers around the world.

You know why arguments repeat. Why, at times, you run instead of staying. Why you try to please even when it harms you. You might even know the names of these patterns — you've read books, listened to podcasts.

But when a real situation hits, your body reacts the same way. You feel like you’re back in childhood. Like when your mom was stressed. Like when your dad couldn’t cope.

And that’s not your failure.
