Do you use LinkedIn to potential new customers? It's quite the thing nowadays, so if you're unfamiliar with how things work on here, we're sharing an article with you that might teach you a thing or two. Also, we fished out three useful LinkedIn tips for you:
1) Before you start sending out connection invites, make sure your profile looks at least a bit fancy and that it reflects what you'd like your prospects to know about you. At the same time, don't share stuff that you'd share on Facebook or Instagram. Respect the role of LinkedIn as a professional social network.
2) Once people start accepting your invitations, LinkedIn automatically places your recent activity at the top of their feed. For this purpose, have some valuable content prepared and post it right before you start connecting.
3) Do you just send out invites and see who accepts or do you always add a personalized message? Our research shows the following accept rate:
50 % - request with either a blank or a general non-personalized message
75 % - request with a personalized message
So, it’s your call, really.
What tips would you share with us in return? If these weren't enough, read on in the whole article, which we're linking here for you!
