What is an Encounter Group?
An Encounter Group is a space for self-exploration and deep connection. It follows the principles of the Person-Centered Approach: Acceptance, Authenticity, and Unconditional Positive Regard. The group provides a supportive environment where participants can reflect, express themselves, and foster meaningful connections with others.

Srdečně vás zveme do skupiny pro seberozvoj, kde můžete objevit sílu přítomného okamžiku, kontaktu a setkání. Tento bezpečný prostor vám nabízí možnost prozkoumat své tělo a emoce a skrze ně se hlouběji spojit sami se sebou i s druhými.

Co vás zde čeká:
✨Prostor pro práci s vašimi nadějemi a obavami ohledně fyzického kontaktu
✨Teplá a vlídná přítomnost
✨Přijetí sebe samotných - takových, jací jste
✨Možnost prozkoumat zážitky, které jsou zapsány ve vašem těle
Nabídneme vám jemné vedení, několik cvičení a společný čas, kdy budete mít příležitost být plně sami sebou a setkat se s druhými, kteří se snaží o totéž. Žádné hodnocení, žádný tlak – jen vědomá přítomnost.

Podmínky účasti:
🍃Nedoporučujeme, abyste sami na sebe tlačili tlak nebo si kladli konkrétní cíl - nabízíme "jen" bezpečný prostor, kde lze být sám sebou
🍃Tento prostor není určen pro sexuální zážitky
🍃Mluvte co nejméně, pouze když je to nezbytné
