And if you are not looking after yourself, how can you expect to feel good about yourself?

Fitness is the journey of constantly confronting your limitations and finding a way to break through them.

It is finding something that makes it worth the discomfort and pain

And that something is yourself.

It is the art of connecting to your inner strength that can pull you through the tough times and move you closer to the person you wish to become.

To be honest, I haven't been practicing Yoga as regularly as I like.

I've been busy is the excuse that I would like to use, but really - it's my priorities and my mindset.

I hate facing the fact that I haven't been looking after myself, but if I want to improve - it is necessary.

This photoshoot made me realise how tight I am and how much my flexibility as declined.

So, I will give myself the same advice I give my clients:

1. Start small
2. Develop consistency.
3. Think long term

I always dreamed of having someone who supported me. Who acknowledged who I am and appreciated me.

Well, I got that - but also something much better.

I am constantly challenged to look at myself realistically. To find the things I need to improve on and to continue growing.

At times it can be hard to see in the moment, but I know that I have someone that wants me to be the best me, and that is worth so much more than trying to be loved for who I am.

To be honest, I hate running…

But I need it.

I like things hard and fast. I want results quickly and with running, that's not the case.

It is slow, boring and I quickly become aware of my physical and mental pains.

But that is why I do it.

So run fast, run slow. Run far, or even walk.

But get out there and move your body, battle your mind and take the next steps to a greater you.

I read... ALOT

Personal Development. Wealth. Psychology. Neuroscience. Business.

It gives me a wealth of information, but books don't change your life. They might make you smart, but what you DO with the information has the impact.

I can read a book in just a few days, but often I would get to the end and think “what did I just learn”, before picking up the next.

Now, I study books. I use pens, make notes and re-write things.

Then, I take action.

I figure out how it applies directly to my current situation and do something about it.

How many things have you learned from books that you haven't practically applied to your life?

Take just ONE thing and do something about it, NOW!

How is everyone feeling in these crazy times?

We have been in lockdown pretty much since Christmas (with a few exceptions) and if I am honest - it is starting to get to me.

I have been actively messaging people to check in and see how they are coping, and so far around 20% of the people I talk to are struggling (but I am sure it is much higher!).

So, I have decided to prepare a new blog with my top five tips for dealing with this situation - but I need your help:

E-book | “You are not an anxious person, you are a person who sometimes gets anxious”.

Despite all of the fear and self-sabotage, there was still a part of me that wanted more.

There was a piece of me that had dreams, a voice and had a lot to say. It was loving, passionate and motivated. It may not have been able to make its way into my actions, but it was there.

How many of you feel like this?

That despite everything that you have been through and experienced, there is still a part of you that remains intact?

You may be beaten and bruised, yet there is a part of you that is much greater than this experience of Anxiety. Everybody else see's your actions and behaviours representing you. You may have even begun to judge yourself based on what is happening to you, but it is not you.

Meet the Tuckers

Two individual souls venturing the world in search of their selves, instead of lead to finding each other. Each with their own ideas, purpose and mission, but uniting for the service of the people in topics such as Spirituality, Psychology, Yoga, Detoxification, Self-Development, Empowerment, Meditation and so much more.

WHAT WE DO Presenting through workshops, retreats, classes and webinars, they aim to bring their knowledge and experience to as many people as will listen. Individually they are incredible, but working together they perfectly balance each other's flaws and present their unique and radical ideas in a raw, unfiltered way.

MEET BRENDAN

Brendan is a compassionate soul with a love for helping people. He has a deep love for Traditional Yoga which he does his best to embody in all areas of life and anincredible talent for Coaching people through problems with their Mental and Physical Health. He maintains his connection with the Earth no matter where he goes and his family always remain his number one priority. He is far from perfect, making many mistakes and holding various issues, but he strives to understand all of the flaws which collectively create his life before passing the lessons that he learns on to everybody that he works with.
