A Small Bakery in Lety u Dobřichovic, founded by Naďa Pohlreichová and pastry chef Denisa Hořáková Neprašová, offers its own desserts, buns, and custom cakes 🥧.

It became famous for its gluten-free poppy seed cake based on a family recipe. Regular customers from the surrounding area and guests from all over the country come here for the renowned cakes. The centerpiece of the cozy pastry shop is the DeliMaster bakery oven.

The oldest combi oven in operation in the Czech Republic is 31 years old ‼

Last year, a competition was held in the Czech Republic for "The Oldest Retigo Combi Oven in Operation." The winning title goes to a machine from 1995, which still serves reliably in the kitchen of the Rožmberk nad Vltavou campsite. The new Blue Vision combi oven has thus found its home for the next two years.
