Last weekend I attended the global conference of the Inner Health Coalition (IHC), led by Dr. Joe Dispenza and his global research team. IHC’s mission is to implement a robust meditation and self-regulation treatment model, with a vision to creating a paradigm shift in clinical practice and healthcare culture worldwide. I am deeply grateful for this inspiring experience with accomplished clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality patient-centered care
