Apprends à utiliser ton tambour (ou un tambour de prêt) — seul, à deux ou en cercle — explore des états de conscience élargis et relies toi à la sagesse des rythmes ancestraux.

Au programme :
- Rituels d’ouverture et de connexion / Roue de médecine
- Rencontre intime avec le tambour (l'apprivoiser, l'écouter, l'honorer)
- Approche sensorielle et transe induite (souffle, mouvement, connexion aux plantes et esprits alliés…)
- Exploration de la transe au tambour (individuel, binôme et collectif)
- Intégration et recommandation post-transe

Nul besoin d’avoir une expérience préalable : le chant harmonique et diphonique est accessible aux débutants comme aux chanteurs confirmés.
Xavier vous transmettra les bases solides pour avancer pas à pas, avec des exercices simples et intégrables au quotidien (même 5 minutes dans la voiture ou la salle de bain !)

My book "Making Shamanic Drums" is now unpublished on amazon, and I will search for a better and more ethical platform on which to sell it. The ebook is still available for the next 90 days as I cannot stop it earlier, but after this period I will no longer be on amazon. And boy does it feel good!
