The 1,5h practice is vibrant and strong, yet designed to fit the beginner needs. No one feels
left out with a wide offering of modifications to the postures and plenty of space for your own creativity. Incorporated breathing techniques (pranayama) will allow you to reconnect with your body and mind in the hectic big city environment.
