We are taught to sit up straight, hold in our bellies, stretch more and strengthen our core to get rid of back pain. But what if this doesn’t work? Should we do more and try harder? Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement® shows you a different way. Through small, easy movements, you will learn new options which will reorganize your muscles so that your spine will move easily and comfortably. By freeing yourself from patterns of overuse, you will find your posture improves effortlessly and your back will feel better than ever. This is a three class series, but individual class drop ins are welcome. While the effects of the classes are cumulative, each class stands on its own. No experience necessary. SIGN UP BELOW
