Dürfen wir voller Stolz vorstellen?
Unsere Auszubildenden von links nach rechts:
Nikita Hänsel (3. Lehrjahr), Schakira Chettata (2. Lehrjahr) , Diana Brot (1. Lehrjahr) , Angelina Kapp (1. Lehrjahr).
Diese vier jungen Menschen auszubilden, zu begleiten und zu sehen wie sie sich entwickeln, ist für uns eine grosse Ehre. Sie bringen neue Sichtweisen und frischen Schwung ins Team. Sie lernen mit grosser Motivation und begegnen unseren Patienten vom ersten Tag an mit Herzlichkeit und Empathie. Menschen helfen zu können ist für alle vier die grösste Motivation.
Doch es geht um mehr als das Lernen von Fachwissen. Es geht darum, in einer Praxisklinik die Fähigkeit zu entwickeln, unter Zeitdruck zuverlässig zu arbeiten und auf unvorhersehbare Situationen vorbereitet zu sein. Das hilft ihnen nicht nur beruflich, sondern auch als Mensch zu wachsen.
Dabei liegen uns bei SKIN&FACE nicht nur unsere eigenen Auszubildenden am Herzen. Wir sind überzeugt, dass die bestmögliche Ausbildung von Menschen im medizinischen Bereich eine wichtige Investition in die Zukunft unserer Gesellschaft ist. Eine Aufgabe, die wir mit grosser Freude annehmen.

It is a great honour for us to train, support, and witness the growth of these four young individuals. They bring fresh perspectives and new energy to our team. With great enthusiasm, they embrace learning and have shown warmth and empathy towards our patients from day one. For all four, the greatest motivation is the ability to help others.
But their journey is about more than acquiring specialist knowledge. It is about developing the skills needed to work reliably under pressure and to be prepared for the unexpected in a clinical practice setting. These experiences not only help them professionally but also contribute to their personal growth.
At SKIN&FACE, we care deeply not only about our own apprentices but also about the future of the healthcare field. We believe that providing the best possible training for individuals in the medical profession is an important investment in the future of our society. It is a responsibility we embrace with great joy.
