The standing bow pose, for many of us most challenging and most fun as well. As Bikram puts it, the proper form is essential, depth is relative. Don’t think about the balance, just concentrate on kicking and stretching.

As a teacher I love this posture, because latest at this point the student forget about anything else and is just focused on what he is doing right now.

A simple forward fold can feel so good for your body, but to get the most out of it, proper form is key. Ensure that your arms are hugging your ears and your chin is lifted to elongate your spine. Keep a slight bend in your knees to avoid straining your lower back.

In the incorrect form, the arms are bent and the knees are too bent, which limits the stretch and doesn’t allow the body to fully release. Focus on lengthening your spine before you deepen into the fold.

Forward folds are excellent for improving flexibility, calming the mind, and stretching the entire back. Practice this pose with proper alignment, and over time, your body will feel more open and relaxed. 🌟🧘‍♀️
