June 27 of 2020 I got Covid and it hit me hard! In BED FOR 15days I couldn’t eat nothing but fruit, water with ginger and lemon were my favorite, I lost so much of my energy i could barely walk, I lost weight, muscle and myself I seriously thought I was going to die. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! Left pic of me after 14days feeling a bit better I lost around 15 lbs.. - Right picture Today! 7 months later, Regaining my energy my weight and some of my muscle that Corona took. I do have my moments with little headaches and weakness But I’m for sure getting there 😊 Take care of your body it will take care of you. Mine has been trough A lot In the past 40 years and here we are now 🙏🏽 GOD IS GOOD!

Get up wash up put on a hoodie some good music vibes and Stretch- RECOVERY DAYS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT! All week we tear we rip and abuse (in a good way 😅) our body. No need to be a yoga expert to stretch and give your muscles a relief 😊🙏🏽. Do what feels good, Stretching shouldn’t hurt. Just add some good music get on the mat the wall whatever and move... breath breath breath 🙃 HAPPY VALENTINES WEEKEND TO YOU ALL...
