📣Heat Related Service Changes📣
Dear Baumholder Community,
As we enter a period of high temperatures, we want to keep you informed about potential changes to our clinic operations to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and staff.
Please be advised that our facility is not equipped with air conditioning, and at this time, we are going to reduce primary care services to the first floor. Your care team will contact you if you can come into your appointment earlier, if your appointment needs to be rescheduled, or if it can become virtual.
Be advised that if patient care and staff safety are at risk, due to environmental factors, we will be closing primary care and will see acute cases on a case by case basis.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritize health and safety during extreme heat. Updates will continue to be shared with the community as the situation evolves.
