He holds a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) from Johns Hopkins University and currently serves in a leadership role at the Hospital Management Institute of Peking University First Hospital.

Dr. Zhang’s distinguished career includes leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and Accenture within its China Healthcare practice. He was also part of the founding team of China Resources Healthcare and played a key role in advancing digital health innovation at Chunyu Doctor. Dr. Abada brings extensive expertise in accreditation, clinical governance, performance improvement, and healthcare management. She is an External Evaluation Association (EEA) Surveyor with the International Society for Quality in Health Care, a Lead Assessor and Consultant for Temos International Healthcare Accreditation, and an Assessor for the Emirates International Accreditation Centre. She is also a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.

Dr. Abada has led and participated in international accreditation surveys across multiple countries, including British Columbia (Canada), Germany, China, Taiwan, Lebanon, Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, Georgia, and Bahrain. She has contributed to the development of healthcare accreditation standards, surveyor training programs, and capacity-building initiatives aimed at strengthening quality and patient safety frameworks.

With academic qualifications in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, and Pharmacy, Dr. Abada applies a multidisciplinary and strategic approach to advancing clinical excellence.
