Pleased to announce the publication of the second article in our "Controversies in NEN" series, authored by Simona De Leon (Glasberg) and Raj Srirajaskanthan et al., now available in the Journal of Neuroendocrinology.
"Controversies in NEN: An ENETS position statement on nutritional support in neuroendocrine neoplasms" provides expert consensus on recognising and managing malnutrition in NEN patients. It highlights key unmet needs and offers practical, multidisciplinary guidance to improve nutritional care.

We’re excited to share the first article in ENETS' new Controversies in NEN series, now published in the Journal of Neuroendocrinology!

While guidelines exist, key aspects of endoscopic management for gastric, duodenal, and re**al NETs remain unresolved. This new ENETS position paper provides expert consensus on resection techniques, R1 margins, Ki-67, and surveillance strategies.
