Who am I ?
I first stepped a foot on a yoga mat 14 years ago.
It was an Ashtanga class, powerful and rigorous approach that focuses on the synchronization of breath and movement.
I entered the path of transformation through discipline and self-discovery.
I rapidly trained as a teacher in Ashtanga yoga, at the Yoga Inbound school of Barcelona.
A few years later, in Berlin, I took an interest in hatha yoga, seeking relaxation, gentleness and balance, while also exploring pranayama breathing techniques.
I then followed my second 200h multi style yoga teacher training ending up being certified by the yoga alliance.
During my recent pregnancy, I experienced my own body as it transformed and carried life. This life experience was such an earthquake, both on the psychological and physiological plan that I have decided to study in the same time how yoga and meditation can be a support bringing physical and emotional benefits.
Today, in all humility, I share the knowledge of an ancient practice with anyone wishing to improve their life through yoga asanas and meditation techniques. Namaste
