50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training 💫

Starting in February .mollenhauer will be guiding a Yin Yoga Teacher Training over two intensive weekends.

When teaching Yin Yoga, Matthäa aims to create a safe space for you to surrender into the softness of body and mind, while fostering the flow of Chi, life force. Working in tune with the Meridians and practicing Acupressure based on Traditional Chinese Medicine to enrich the practice.

Learn how to safely and effectively teach the principles of Yin Yoga including:
