We realised people weren’t just coming for pottery.

Or painting.
Or knitting.
Or writing.

They were looking for something much harder to find as adults:
a space where nobody expects anything from you.

No networking.
No performing.
No needing to be interesting enough.

Just being around people for a while.

And honestly, we think many of us are hungrier for that than we admit.

In a world that constantly asks, “What’s the point?”,

maybe the point is simply being together.

Not networking.
Not optimizing.
Not achieving.

Just showing up, creating something in the moment, and letting it be enough.

Do you think modern cities are missing more spaces where people can simply be around each other without pressure?

Not networking events.
Not another thing to optimize.
Just simple, real-life moments with other people.

We’ve been thinking a lot about how important community spaces are becoming in cities like Berlin.

Places where:
• coming alone feels normal
• beginners feel welcome
• people connect naturally over shared activities
• familiar faces slowly become part of your routine

Sometimes a pottery class, knitting circle, or creative gathering is not really about the activity itself.

It is about having a reason to leave the house and spend meaningful time with others.

Do you think cities need more spaces like this?

🎨 Expressive Painting: when art becomes Emotional Language
Sometimes emotions are easier to express through colors and shapes than through words.
We recently wrote an article about expressive painting and the role art can play in emotional expression, self-awareness, and human connection.
The article reflects on how creativity can help people externalize feelings, reduce emotional tension, and communicate experiences that are difficult to put into language.
If you’d like to explore the topic, you can read the full article here:

A workshop, a new city, new connections ✨

Sole had joined our pottery workshop before, she came back with Francesco to experience creativity together 🤍

Listening to them talk about our little community, the atmosphere, and the feeling of belonging… that’s the kind of magic we hope to create every single time

in a city like berlin, it’s easy to feel disconnected.

so we created a small space where adults could show up, play, laugh, and just be human together for a few hours.

no pressure to perform. no need to know anyone.

just presence, play, and a bit of lightness in the middle of a busy life.

maybe connection is simpler than we think.
