Hi, I’m Claire — an Animal Naturopath supporting dogs, cats, and their humans through natural, holistic wellbeing.

I help pet parents understand:

✨ how to support digestion, skin, energy & emotions
✨ how to create a healthy, balanced lifestyle
✨ how to build a deeper, more intuitive bond with their animal

My work is simple:
I guide you to care for your animal with clarity, confidence, and a more natural approach — no confusion, no overwhelm.

If you’ve been here for a while, you know me as a yoga & pilates girl.
And that part of me is still very much alive.
But over the past years, something has grown alongside it — quietly, naturally, and with so much meaning.

I’ve become an Animal Naturopath, supporting dogs and cats (and their humans) through natural, mindful wellbeing.
From nutrition guidance to lifestyle support, my work now blends everything I care about:
connection, balance, intuition… and the everyday magic of living with animals.

So this space is gently evolving.
I’ll still share the things that shaped this journey — mindfulness, slow living, connection to nature — but now through the lens of holistic animal care.
Because it’s all connected anyway.

I offer online consultations for both dogs and cats, and I’m excited to support you wherever you are.

Happy to announce I will be offering a special workshop on the 8th of November at Studio G14

Join me for a gentle, 1.5-hour workshop designed for all bodies experiencing menstruation. Together, we’ll explore how yoga can help ease common menstrual discomforts and support your body and mind through this natural cycle.

We’ll start by understanding why menstrual pain happens, what it can teach us, and how to respond with care and awareness. Then, we’ll move into a slow, meditative yin yoga practice featuring poses that release tension in the lower back, hips, and abdomen, helping you feel calmer, more grounded, and in tune with your body.

This workshop is a safe, supportive space to honor your cycle, practice self-care, and cultivate mindfulness. Props and modifications will be offered so everyone can move comfortably.

When: Saturday the 8th of November
Where: Studio G14, Gießerstraße 14, 04229 Leipzig
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, yoga mat

In yoga, we learn that presence is everything. It’s not about the perfect pose or the deepest stretch—it’s about being here, now.

Life moves fast, but when we pause to truly see the little moments—sunlight filtering through the trees, the warmth of a cup of tea, a deep inhale that fills our lungs—we tap into something powerful: gratitude.

Just like in yoga, where we focus on breath and sensation, appreciating small joys trains our minds to slow down and be present. These moments, often overlooked, are where true happiness lives.

Today, take a deep breath. Feel your feet on the ground. Notice something beautiful around you. That’s yoga. That’s life.

Trovare il proprio equilibrio interiore richiede una serie di passaggi che compongono un vero e proprio viaggio alla scoperta di se stessi.

Mantenere un sano equilibrio vitale non è solo essenziale per la felicità e il benessere; può essere un enorme vantaggio per la tua produttività, per la tua carriera e per il tuo studio.

Una persona ben equilibrata ha una capacità maggiore di focalizzare la propria attenzione e la propria energia per raggiungere i propri obiettivi, intraprendere azioni produttive e andare avanti in modo significativo.
