Happy to announce I will be offering a special workshop on the 8th of November at Studio G14
Join me for a gentle, 1.5-hour workshop designed for all bodies experiencing menstruation. Together, we’ll explore how yoga can help ease common menstrual discomforts and support your body and mind through this natural cycle.
We’ll start by understanding why menstrual pain happens, what it can teach us, and how to respond with care and awareness. Then, we’ll move into a slow, meditative yin yoga practice featuring poses that release tension in the lower back, hips, and abdomen, helping you feel calmer, more grounded, and in tune with your body.
This workshop is a safe, supportive space to honor your cycle, practice self-care, and cultivate mindfulness. Props and modifications will be offered so everyone can move comfortably.
When: Saturday the 8th of November
