DAO steht für Depressor Anguli Oris – das ist der Muskel, der deine Mundwinkel nach unten zieht. Wenn er sehr aktiv ist, kann das Gesicht traurig oder streng wirken, selbst wenn du dich gar nicht so fühlst.

💉 Wie funktioniert Botox in diesem Bereich?
Durch eine gezielte, sehr präzise Injektion wird der Zug nach unten abgeschwächt. Die Mundwinkel wirken dadurch entspannter und leicht angehoben – subtil, aber wirkungsvoll.

⚠️ Wichtig:
Der Bereich ist anatomisch anspruchsvoll.
Hier verlaufen mehrere Muskeln sehr nah beieinander.

.. und ich war definitiv noch nicht gebotoxxt – man sieht’s. 😄
Und trotzdem: krass, wie schnell die Zeit verfliegt. In zehn Jahren verändert sich ein Leben oft komplett – privat und beruflich.

Heute bin ich verheiratet, Mama von zwei Kindern, habe eine Praxis, die ich liebe, und darf mit tollen Patient:innen und Kolleg:innen arbeiten. Ich freue mich ehrlich jeden Tag auf das, was noch kommt. 💜✨

Sondern weil man sonst leise verschwindet.

Ich bin nicht mehr Anfang zwanzig.
Und nein – ich muss niemandem etwas vorspielen.

Aber ich darf neugierig bleiben.
Ich darf Neues ausprobieren.
Ich darf mich zeigen, ohne mich zu verkleiden.

Manche Trends sind Quatsch.
Andere machen Spaß.
Und ein paar erinnern einen daran, dass man noch lebt.

Also ja:
Ich mache nicht alles mit.
Aber ich mache weiter.

♥️ Es ist völlig normal, wenn Partner nicht immer einer Meinung sind. Das gehört zu jeder Beziehung dazu.
Und manchmal macht man einfach trotzdem das, was einem selbst Freude bringt – ohne Drama, ohne Stress.

Eine kleine Behandlung, ein bisschen Selfcare… das tut niemandem weh.
Und falls sich irgendwo ein kleiner Bluterguss versteckt und du es niemandem erzählen willst:
Man kann sich immer sagen, man hat sich gestoßen 😉
Oder einfach Concealer drauf – fertig.

Am Ende gilt: Dein Körper, deine Entscheidung. Punkt.

♥️ Botox wirkt nicht nur super bei der Zornesfalte, den Stirnlinien und den kleinen Lachfältchen – das wissen wir alle.
Was viele aber nicht wissen: Es kann auch die sogenannten Merkel-Linien verbessern, indem es die Mundwinkel entspannt.

Wichtig: Das klappt nicht bei jedem gleich gut und auch nicht immer zu 100%. Aber bei einem Teil von euch funktioniert das tatsächlich erstaunlich gut.

Man muss dabei allerdings wirklich vorsichtig sein. Es gibt ein paar typische Fallstricke. Zum Beispiel können Asymmetrien auftreten – das passiert relativ häufig. In der Regel kann man das nachkorrigieren, und wenn nicht, dann heißt es einfach 3–6 Monate abwarten.

Wenn wir Botox mit Fillern kombinieren, gilt immer: erst Botox, dann Filler.
Andersherum steigt das Risiko für kleine Side-Effekte.

Kurz gesagt: Mit der richtigen Reihenfolge und einer ruhigen, präzisen Hand kann man sehr schöne, natürliche Ergebnisse erzielen.

Botox doesn’t just work beautifully for the frown line, forehead lines, and crow’s feet – we all know that.
But here’s something many people don’t realize: it can also help improve the so-called Merkel lines by gently relaxing the corners of the mouth.

Important to know: this doesn’t work equally well for everyone, and not in 100% of cases. But for a portion of patients, it actually works surprisingly well.

You have to be careful, though. There are a few classic pitfalls. For example, asymmetries can happen – this is fairly common. Usually, you can fix them with a touch-up; if not, you simply wait 3–6 months.

And if we combine Botox with fillers, the rule is always: Botox first, then filler.
The other way around increases the risk of small side effects.

In short: with the right sequence and a calm, precise hand, you can achieve very natural, very elegant results.

Manchmal frage ich mich wirklich, ob Berlin seine Unternehmer:innen überhaupt haben will.
Es wird alles komplizierter – nicht einfacher.
Neue Auflagen, immer neue Hürden, kaum Unterstützung.

Und das in einer Stadt, in der es an allen Ecken und Enden bröckelt:
Schulen verfallen, Kitas kämpfen ums Überleben, Krankenhäuser ächzen unter dem Druck – und gleichzeitig wird es Menschen, die etwas aufbauen wollen, immer schwerer gemacht.

Anstatt mit uns zu sprechen, über uns entschieden.
Ohne Dialog, ohne Verständnis, ohne Plan.
Das ist einfach nicht okay. 💔
