🧘‍♀️ Soft Yoga Flow

Starte entspannt ins Wochenende: In dieser sanften Yogastunde führen wir dich mit ruhigen Bewegungen durch einen sanften Yoga Flow. Du erlebst sowohl angenehm fließende Sequenzen als auch Haltungen, die bewusst etwas länger gehalten werden – so verbinden wir sanften Flow mit fokussierten Momenten des Ankommens und Loslassens.

Ruhige Musik unterstützt dich dabei, den Stress der Woche hinter dir zu lassen und wirklich bei dir selbst anzukommen. In dieser Stunde stehst du im Mittelpunkt – ganz ohne Leistungsdruck und unabhängig von deiner Yoga-Erfahrung.

Abgerundet wird die Praxis durch eine ausgedehnte Schlussentspannung (Savasana), die dir neue Kraft und Gelassenheit für die kommenden Tage schenkt.
Komm vorbei, gönn dir Zeit nur für dich und erlebe Yoga als eine herzliche Umarmung für Körper, Geist und Seele.

A few beautiful time slots in our studio are becoming available - perfect for classes, workshops, seminars, or events.

Available Slots:
💫 Wednesdays - Evening slot from 20:00, available now until the end of February (ideal for a class series!)
💫 Fridays - Evening slot from 19:00, becoming available regularly from February
💫 Plus: Weekday daytime availability, full weekends for seminars/workshops, and Saturday & Sunday evenings for events & sessions

Amenities:
- Complete yoga equipment for up to 14 people (+ extra mats & cushions)
- Chairs/Seating
- Whiteboard
- Bluetooth speaker
