Happy to show you my Logo and its meaning today.

Why did I choose the spiral? The spiral chose me - a very clear vision just came to me while brainstorming about the logo.

And how does it fit to what I am of service?
The spiral in general shows movement, development, evolving and continuity of progress in life. Symbolically it also stands for turning towards greater awareness, enlightenment and the return to the source within.

This spiral describes a journey of personal development from within which is reflected on the outside. It shows that inner change is coming to light in all aspects of life. The symbol of a spiral reminds us that life constantly changes and that we have the power to adapt. It stands for the flow of energy and the expiry of our time on earth.

My initials in the center of the spiral present me as the center of my life and that I am the beginning and the end.

With my purpose and all the services I offer I go on journeys with people that always start within and support them in living their very true self. I am also on my own journey doing constant inner work of coming home to myself and accept me for who and where I am.

Why wait to start reconnecting to your true self and take conscious actions to live a fulfilled life? Draw your own spiral with your initials and own your life!

SLOW FLOW YOGA 🙏🏽
✨Where to join my classes

✨Why Slow flow yoga is good for you
Reconnect to yourself, listen to your body and be gentle with yourself. Deepen your breath and feel the positive effects of conscious breathing.
Especially good if you want to start moving again after Covid infection, still suffer from long-covid, have a light version of asthma or simply want to try yoga (finally)

✨What slow flow yoga is about
It is about slow and conscious movements to be more present with your body,
Mind and spirit. With an extended pranayama to begin the class with we stay connected to the breath throughout all slow asana movements which are based on traditional Hatha Yoga. We end the session with a nice savasana of course.

✨ How you benefit from joining the class

Take pressure from chest
Be more mindful & calm
Minimize panic-attacks
