In this class we move with fluid strength, presence, and awareness. Sessions combine animal movements with yoga sequences to build strength, stability, coordination, and body awareness, helping you unlock new movement pattern in a warm room with 35°C. You will not only activate your strength, but move through blocks, and reconnect with your purpose — physically & energetically. This practise is primal, playful, and deeply grounding. It’s a method that lets people move from the inside out, renewing their energy while building resilience and flow. So it is a bridge between physical vitality and emotional release.

Aurora is a certified yoga and movement teacher with a passion for rhythm, presence, and deep body connection. Her classes are grounded, energizing, and primal — designed to awaken strength, ignite core awareness, and release emotion through intentional flow. With a background in drumming, she shapes each session like a musical journey: curated playlists meet embodied movement to guide energy and emotion. I am a professional dancer, certified yoga teacher, and personal fitness coach, with a deep passion for mindful movement and holistic well-being.

I’ve been dancing since I was a child, and over time, my curiosity and love for movement led me to explore the world of fitness and eventually yoga.

Yoga has become a fundamental part of both my personal and professional journey. It has taught me to connect more deeply with my body, breath, and inner awareness — and this is what I aim to share through my teaching.

My classes focus on cultivating presence, strength, and balance, always with attention to alignment and conscious movement. Whether you're looking to improve physical well-being, reduce stress, or simply reconnect with yourself, I offer a supportive space to guide you through that process.
