is a little bit on/off at Sunyoga, but we love having her back always, because she is such a good teacher, with the ability to make difficult things look easy. We are sure you will like her sensible flows with offered variations that will lead you to a peak poses too. 🪬

Charlie started practising Hatha, Vinyasa and Bikram yoga from the very young age of fifteen. She has always appreciated yoga classes that felt like a communal and uplifting experience. In her teaching, she aspires to create a safe space for everyone to grow and enjoy the asana practice together. Her teaching style is dynamic yet mindful and welcomes beginner and advanced yogis to join in expanding the physical and mental boundaries.

Summer rules: Book your class ahead early please!
Booking policy in summer from July 1st until September 8th:

We need minimum 4 yogis signed up for class 12 hours before–otherwise class will be canceled automatically.

USC and Classpass members are integrated in our booking system, so please sign up with their system before. Or other the way: if you see a class in the schedule later than 12h before, it will definitely happen. And you can still cancel 3h before.

Katrin & Selva just finished the teacher training with Sunyoga and are ready to serve you!

You might know Katrin from teaching vinyasa and yin yoga at Sunyoga Friedrichshain already. Now she upgraded her teaching skills and will lead you Tuesday night 8.15pm with powerful instructions through the hot yoga sequence.

Selva never believed that we can make her a yoga teacher in 4 weeks – but we did and she worked a lot to make it happen. It takes faith and will power and some sweat and tears too to go through this intense program. But it is so much worth it to make your soul shine! Enjoy Selva every Thursday night 7.30pm in Friedrichshain.
