I'm a Certified 600 RYT + Yoga Teacher in India and member of Yoga Alliance International. Teach Vinyasa Ashtanga, Sivananda, Hatha Flow, Hormone Yoga Therapy and Meditation. I was born in Athens, and where I study theatre, journalism and public relations. I spent 16 years working on media until the day I felt in love with yoga practice. I believe in the power of thought and intention because my goal for a long time was to do exactly what I am doing now. I am very grateful to share the practice and the knowledge that has changed my life. For almost 4 years use to live like a nomad around the world and through this experience I expand my knowledge and I became an Ayurvedic nutritionist, educator, and massage therapist. I love Qigong and dance. I travel and teach worldwide. My studies include healing movement, Hormone Yoga Therapy (HYT) Shakti yoga dance, trauma education and relational life therapy (RLT).

We just completed another unforgettable retreat. four days and three nights of deep connection, vulnerability, and powerful transformation with an incredible group of men.

I’m so grateful for the beautiful energy each of you brought into this space.

We shared laughter, tears, breath, movement, silence… and left with hearts more open, bodies more alive, and souls more connected.

Witnessing men rise in presence, power, and purpose over 22 sacred days of YTT in Crete was a true gift.

Here’s to a new wave of yoga instructors, leading from the heart, grounded in truth.👏✨

Over these three weeks, they didn’t just learn yoga, they lived it.
They opened their hearts, held space for one another, and built a sacred community rooted in trust, courage, and love.

Grateful & Excited for What’s Ahead!

I’m beyond grateful to see our community grow, with so many returning and new faces joining the retreats.

This year began with a fully booked Mexico retreat, and soon, I’ll be heading to Crete for the Men’s YTT. Our May retreat is already full, and Crete in July now has a waitlist!

These retreats are more than a yoga holiday, they are a journey back to our authentic essence. A space for courage, connection, and transformation, where we move, breathe, share, and grow together.

After five years and nearly 15 retreats, the bonds we’ve created only deepen, and each year, the web of our global community expands.

There are still 4 spots left for Athens (Sept 7-14)
and registration is now open for Peru (Dec 28 - 08 Jan ) and Mexico, Zipolite (Jan 23-30 2026)
